Our ministry's name is taken from the old testament, Leviticus 25:8-17. Every 50 years the Jewish would celebrate the return of land to the formal owners, and all held in bondage as slaves were set free; this was called the Year of Jubilee.
Our Church Name is New Jubilee because our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ has brought us back from sin slavery by the shedding of His Blood on the cross. We are now positioned to have what the devil stole from Adam and Eve and what has been stolen has been restored back to us if we first seek the kingdom of God and this world second.
So, we celebrate the New Jubilee because we celebrate our Freedom through Salvation in Jesus Christ, every day, not just on a given anniversary.
